4. ORDERING & CONTRACT FORMATION

Placing an order is an offer to purchase goods. You will receive an order confirmation email, but a contract is only formed once we confirm payment and dispatch your order.


5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

We do our best to ensure accurate pricing. If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we will notify you immediately.

  • Prices may change with 14 days’ notice. You can cancel your subscription within 10 days of being notified.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and direct debit.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

6. PROMOTIONAL CODES & DISCOUNTS

  • Discount codes are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Misuse of discount codes may lead to order cancellation.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship via PostNL, DPD, or DHL. Delivery times vary by location.

  • If your order is lost or damaged, we will replace or refund it.
  • For international deliveries, the consignee is responsible for customs clearance and local taxes.

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

8. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Returns must be unopened. If the seal is broken, we cannot offer a refund.
  • For subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

Returns Process

  1. Contact extravirgin@olivva.co before returning your item.
  2. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, let us know. We will arrange a replacement or refund, covering return shipping costs.

If an order is undelivered due to incorrect details, reshipping costs may apply.
